Joe Crivelli

Senior Vice President

Joe Crivelli joined Gregory FCA in mid-2003 to help take the company’s investor relations practice to the next level.  With his diverse background as a corporate IR practitioner and financial professional, he brought experience serving as corporate executive for a range of companies in the financial services, manufacturing, and technology industries to the Gregory FCA team.

During his tenure leading Gregory FCA’s IR practice, Crivelli repositioned the business to focus on a range of publicly-traded companies ranging from multinational Fortune 1000 corporations to small- and mid-cap companies, as well as private companies engaged in active capital raising initiatives.  He was instrumental in landing major IR accounts including Teleflex, Heartland Payment Systems, Harleysville National Corporation, InfoLogix, and C&D Technologies.  IR revenues grew three-fold under his watch, and he also spearheaded Gregory FCA’s successful acquisition of JPHIR, the only other professional IR consultancy in the Philadelphia region.

In 2007 Crivelli took on a leadership role in developing the firm’s crisis management, strategic communications, and public relations practices. Crivelli has managed many of the firm’s most complex engagements, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, SEC investigations, executive transitions, and environmental matters.  He also handles complex public relations assignments, and his media-savvy pitches have secured major coverage in outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, ABC World News with Charlie Gibson, The New York Times, USA Today, CFO Magazine, and Forbes, among others. Crivelli is an accomplished writer whose work has been published in The Real Estate Finance Journal, Institutional Real Estate Letter High Return Quarterly, The Pennsylvania Lawyer, Healthcare Cost Containment, Broker World, and other publications.

Crivelli started his career in 1989 as a commercial lender at PNC Bank, where he served for 6 years.  From PNC Bank, Crivelli joined his client Penn Engineering & Manufacturing Corp. as Assistant Treasurer.  During his tenure at Penn Engineering, he was tapped to jump-start the company’s IR program during a secondary public offering, which led to a new career in IR.  During the tech bubble years, Crivelli served as Director of Investor Relations for WorldGate Communications and Inrange Technologies before joining Gregory FCA in 2003.

Crivelli received his Bachelors Degree in Mathematics Education from Villanova University, and has also received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Drexel University. An avid outdoorsman, Crivelli can often be found hiking and camping on the Appalachian Trail, riding his beloved Triumph motorcycle, or skiing. He is the proud father of three daughters, and lives in Lansdale, PA.
