Ann Marie Gorden
As an Account Supervisor at Gregory FCA, Ann Marie Gorden represents financial services clients in the wealth management and fintech space. Her specialties include the development and execution of strategic public relations campaigns to increase visibility and awareness in support of clients’ business objectives.
Before re-joining the firm’s financial communications group in 2019, Ann Marie served as the Public Affairs Officer for the U.S. Coast Guard in New York City. Ann Marie spearheaded traditional and social media campaigns in support of the Captain of the Port of New York & New Jersey to further the Coast Guard’s strategic goals of a safe, secure and prosperous maritime environment.
Ann Marie got her start in financial services as part of KPMG’s Corporate Communications team. There, she was responsible for external relations for the Tax and Advisory practices, focusing on Deal Advisory & Strategy, Cybersecurity, and Media/Telcom. Ann Marie developed and executed numerous strategic traditional and social campaigns on evolving tax regulations as well as all aspects throughout the deal lifecycle such as M&A, Financial Restructuring, equity capital, IPO and valuations to name a few – garnering influential media coverage and engagement and amplifying KPMG’s position in the marketplace as a go-to thought leader on key financial and business topics.
Ann Marie served as a Public Affairs Specialist for the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve from 2007 – 2016. In May 2010, Ann Marie was deployed to Grand Isle, La. in support of the U.S. Coast Guard’s response to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
Ann Marie graduated from La Salle University with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations.
