As Vice President at Gregory FCA, Britni Ackrivo leads the firm’s real estate department with clients encompassing owners, managers, developers, brokers, and financiers of commercial and residential real estate.
Britni has experience in media relations; media training; developing strategic public relations’ campaigns; crisis communications, both on the property and corporate level; resident communications; internal communications; project management; content creation including press releases, blogs, bylined articles, and award nominations; social media; event planning and research; leveraging video; and more. With a strong network of local, trade, and national media contacts, Britni has produced results in top-tier outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, Associated Press, CNBC, CNN, Fox News, USA Today, Forbes, The Washington Post, and The Hill, to name a few.
During her career at Gregory FCA, Britni has led the firm’s efforts to promote an American non-profit organization, founded by the former Chief of the U.S. Interests Section in Havana, that supports private sector technology and design entrepreneurs in Cuba. Britni’s work for Savior, Cuba’s first independent video game, garnered three national communication awards for Gregory FCA. Easily adaptable to any industry’s media landscape, Britni has also supported clients in the healthcare, technology, education, travel, and HR/staffing spaces.
Britni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
